Taiwan plane crash: Teams search for 12 missing people

Rescue workers in Taiwan continue to search for 12 people who are still missing after a plane crash in the river.
It is known that Thirty-one people have now died as the plane ATR-72 Trans descended Keelung River in Taipei on Wednesday morning.
