The chef and bar manager jailed for perverting the course of justice in the death of a woman who was poisoned with a gala Christmas dinner.
Della Gallagher died after eating at the railway hotel in Hornchurch in 2012. Thirty others with the disease.
Chef jailed Mohamed Kaya and Anne Marie McSweeney at Snaresbrook Crown Court between 12 and 18 months.
Was fined Mitchell and Butlers (M & B), the owner of a bar chain, and 1.5 million pounds for the development of unsafe food on the market.
"Deep regret"
In a statement, the company said it "deeply regrets" the issue.
He said he was "affected individuals committed acts which were not in accordance with the procedures and practices of food safety Mitchell and servants."
"Do not be a behavior for which they were found guilty and sentenced to completely own actions and in no way represents acceptable behavior, or by silence, M & B."
Kaya (38 years) was Purfleet in Essex while McSweeney (40 years) was Sutton Avenue, Hornchurch.
Clostridium perfringens, a common cause of food poisoning, has been found in samples taken from the affected diners.
